Corey Craig resides in Marion, South Carolina, with his wife, Jamie, and their three children, Boone, Livingston, and Henry Trigg. A graduate of Clemson University, Corey earned his Bachelor of Science in Forest Resource Management in 2007, laying the foundation for a career centered around land, property, and responsible development.

With decades of industry experience, Corey understands that successful real estate is about more than numbers and transactions—it is about people, relationships, and helping clients make confident decisions. As Owner and Realtor at Craig • George Real Estate, he has built his business on trust, integrity, strong local knowledge, and a commitment to providing personalized service.

Corey’s professional background spans forest and farmland management, rural homesite acquisitions, commercial development, and raw land investment. His experience allows him to bring a practical and well-rounded perspective to each property, helping buyers, sellers, landowners, and investors better understand both the current value and long-term potential of their real estate opportunities.

Known for his thoughtful and hands-on approach, Corey takes the time to understand each client’s goals before developing a strategy tailored to their needs.

WAYNE GEORGE

A Mullins, South Carolina native, Joseph “Wayne” George has dedicated much of his adult life to serving his community and state through leadership, volunteerism, and elected public service.

More than 40 years ago, Wayne founded George Agency Insurance and Real Estate Agency. He has held an Insurance and Real Estate Broker-in-Charge license since 1983 and has also served as a State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser. He is currently a State Certified Real Estate Instructor. Throughout his career, he has remained passionate about the value, development, and ownership of real estate, with an emphasis on land, commercial, and industrial properties.

Wayne has held several elected and appointed positions, including eight years as a Mullins City Council member and 16 years as Mayor of Mullins. He was elected by council members and mayors from across South Carolina to serve as President of the Municipal Association of South Carolina. He later served two terms in the South Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 57 and portions of Marion, Horry, and Dillon counties. He was also elected by the South Carolina General Assembly to serve two terms on the Coastal Carolina University Board of Trustees.



His professional real estate experience has allowed him to play a leadership role in business and land development, while his public service has included involvement in industrial expansions that created and preserved jobs. His community leadership has also included roles with Rotary, the Chamber of Commerce, the American Heart Association, and United Way.

In recognition of his extraordinary service and contributions to South Carolina, Governor Henry McMaster awarded Wayne the Order of the Palmetto, the state’s highest civilian honor.
